The most frequently asked question in our office is: "How much is this going to cost me?" We believe patients should not feel anxious about asking financial questions. Aesthetic surgery is a positive experience, and one should feel comfortable about the financial aspect of the experience as well as the surgeon one chooses and the specific aspects of the surgery itself. Please feel free to ask questions of our front office staff. They are extremely helpful, warm, and willing to assist you in any way possible to relieve your anxiety about your surgery.   FEES Dr. Herbich prefers will discuss your fee with you at the time of your consultation. Dr. Herbich does not charge for the time he spends with you at your initial consultation and he will provide you with a fee quote at the conclusion of that visit, if he feels you would benefit from surgery.   DEPOSIT Once you have decided to proceed with scheduling surgery, we collect a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the surgical fee or $200.00, whichever is greater, to hold your place on the surgery schedule. This is deducted from your surgical fee, and is not in addition to the fee. This can be paid in any number of ways. It must be received in order to reserve a time. Until it is received, the time you request is open on a first-come, first-served basis. Dr. Herbich operates every day of the week except Sundays. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.   PAYMENT POLICY The balance of the surgical fee is due in full at the time of the pre-operative visit, which is typically one to two weeks prior to your surgery date. Your fee will be the total fee quoted at the consultation less the deposit. We accept ONLY the following forms of payment: 1. Cash 2. Cashier's Checks 3. VISA 4. Mastercard Credit card payments cannot be given over the telephone or web. When using a credit card of someone other than the patient, that individual must present themselves with photo I.D. and sign the credit card receipt.   FINANCING YOUR SURGERY You may wish to finance your surgery through your bank or credit union. Financing is also available through our office by Norwest. Applications are filled out at the time of your consultation and a reply is usually available by the same or next business day. Your surgery may be scheduled once financing has been approved.
